I'm back. I will have to make this blog thing a daily task. I have had a very exciting week. I L-O-V-E this dating thing. I'm doing it for the first time in my life. Of course, I am still one at a time type of girl. NO SEX unless ur da one getting the SEX. BELIEVE DAT! I'm very disciplined and I'm also calculated about who gets my cooch. I went on a lunch date on Wednesday with "Captain". Lol, yeah dats da name I've given him. I enjoyed myself immensely. He is handsome, fine as all get out, and funny. He's easy to talk to. I hate the food at Draggo's. I had two dishes. Why did they make me send some shit back on my first date with him? He was well dressed and smelled good. He's a great gentleman. He pulls out chairs, opens doors, walks me to my car, and I can't tell you how much the lunch was. It was good to go out with zero strings attached. I make it very clear that I am no one's girlfriend. He is quite promising though.

On last night I went to dinner with another friend of mine. I call him "Plies". We met bayou classic weekend in Nov but he lives about three hours away so last night was our first date. I've cancelled on him so many times because honestly, I was preoccupied with "Pilot". (And dats another story) Anywho, we ate a Ruth's Chris and had a good time. We ate, drank, and conversed. He was fine as all get out 2!!! Pretty brown eyes, well dressed, smelled good and a real gentleman.
!!!!Side-note...I met another guy while I was waiting for "Plies". Think Ima call him "Strings". Hmmmm I have my reasons. Lol, he bought me a glass of wine. We shared a nice conversation while he was waiting for his date and I was waiting for mine. He did ask for my card. Of course, I gave him one. I will not say NO to any possibilities unless a man shows me that he is deserving of everything I have to offer. (Shhh! he's in the music business) :-) He gave me a nice little hug in front of his date! Ya girl must me dat damn cute. R da chick recognized my two cousins were in there too. LOL
Anyway, back to "Plies". I left the restaurant tipsy as hell. We went over to Canal Place tryin to go to Saks but it was closed. He went to his hotel. XOXO Muah!
I enjoyed "Plies" so much that I saw him again today. We chatted in da hotel lobby for a few. XOXO.

Wowww! I spent saturday with my daughter, Sydni and the rest of my fam. Me, H, Dana, Janae, Sydni, Jaron, TSophie, TSharon, TJulie, Jermal, and Kori went out to the parade on the westbank. We had such a good time after we got our conference on. Almost had a mini mishap out there. I wasn't lookin my best, but as always...duty sometimes calls. LOL! Anyway, I couldn't get my hair done. I am just gonna do a Solange/Amber Rose. If I don't like it, I can always put my weave back in...hmmmmmMMMmm! Something to think about! Well, Sunday everyone who knows me knows I watched the Saints WIN the Superbowl! Then I went to Bourbon Street with my cousins and da lil sis. It was super cold and sardine packed....Claustrophobic! It was beautiful..people dancing on top of SUVs, in the street, boys mooning, women yellin, etc. I loved every bit of it.
Well tomorrow is the Saints parade! WHO DAT!? I think we proved dat!

I spent this weekend in ATL with a friendboy of mine. It was so good to see him. We spent a portion of our time with my sister and her friendboy, lol. I bought the cutest Micheal Kors knee length boots. They are beautiful. And as always...on sale! An X of mine said my middle name was Swipeitcuzitsonsale. Lmfao! Anywho, the four of us went to Opera. I danced and got a lil drunk. I had the best time. We always have a good time together. However, I remain confused. Hmmmm? What's a girl to do?
What is also funny to me was how dudes operate... my friendboy went to the restroom. I guess men really take that whole predator thing serious bcuz as soon as he left, 2 dudes came up to me tryna holla. And they had the nerve to ask if I was with him...how dare you ask! Its the only reason you're just coming to talk to me now #fuqqouttahere.
My friendboy talked major shit bout Bish Farve and the Vikweens, but I kept the black and gold dream alive! The SAINTS pulled out a major victory and kicked Farve's ass in the proccess. They knocked his shoulder pad out and everything! lol I LOVE IT! NOLA

When u make a real friend...

This is my first blog. I've always wanted to start one but didn't until I saw Javis' blog. So I guess my first post will be about Jarvis. I met Jarvis when I was 16 years old...WOW that was 13 years ago in Houston, TX at the National Youth Leadership Forum on Medicine. Yeah, I was gonna be a doctor. Well Jarvis and I weren't even roomates, but we became fast friends. Jarvis has a beaming personality. Her smile is so beautiful. We spent all of our time together. We shared some secrets. I haven't seen her since that time in Houston. However, we always seem to find each other some way or another. We always pick up where we left off. So here goes...I AM VISITING JARVIS THIS YEAR!!! PERIOD!
